KEEPING FIT IS AN OBSESSION NOWADAYS. (4°A)

    I'm totally agree, nowadays keep in fit is an obssesion. A lot of young people don't think in anything else that have a top body is a priority, and this priority cause to people do crazy things that can end in a worrying mental disorder.

    Among all this disorders, we can think that the worsts are orthorexia, which is the excessive concern in healthy diet, also we have Vigorexia, the obsessionfor be a brawny person and Diabulimia, that only haves the persons with type 1 of diabetes, they take advantage of these features to reduce their weight. 97% of people who suffer these disorders has conducted or performed a restrictive diet without medical supervision. The main problems of these behaviors are related to inappropriate eating habits.

    To sum up,an obsession to keep in fit or look a good physical is not good, in fact is unhealthy. In my opinion I think that is good try to be in good shape, but in a few limits. You have to eat all types of food and exercise everyday, only like that you can keep in fit.

  2. Nowdays the people have a big obsession to stay fit to cause of stereotypes. They make much exercice, lose weight with pill or they don't eat. The thing previous can produce serious illness that it can cause enough damage for the person.

    The following illness are anorexia, vigorexia and bulimia. Three illness are very bad, the first one is anorexia, this illness cause rejection of the food and produce vomits to lost weight. The bulimia is similar to anorexia, the difference is that the bulimia cause to eat compulsively and then vomits. The last thing is the vigorexia, it cause an obsession for having a muscular body with to do exercise compulsive. This illness are very important because it cause enough consequence.

    In conclusion, you can lost weight with diet and do moderately exercise, but not to come to these illness.

  3. Keeping fit is not bad if you aren’t obsese wiht it. There are a lot of people who are obsese with keeping fit and other people who think that keeping fit aren’t important.

    Keeping fit is good for your body and for your health, but it is a problem when excersice and diet become an obsesion. Nowdays 5 or 6 percent of mental illness in young people are caused by bad nutricion and lack of excersice. Summer is the season when people worry about being fit because they go to the beach, to villages festivals… before summer people don’t pay atención to their diet and excercise so in summer they have to eat less and do a lot of excersice to lose weight very fast.

    In conclusion, keeping fit is good If you aren’t go to obsese with it.

  4. Most people want a perfect body with no problem and this is good but most of them are obsess with keeping fit and this is a really bad problem in the society.

    Many girls think that her body is not perfect and they decide stop eating. This can produce negative consecuences because you have to do sport and have a healthy diet, instead of, don´t eat anything. This topic look like a silly thing but is a big problem. You can get a good body doing sport three or four times a week.

    In conclusion, keeping fit must be an option because you can do what ever you want ,instead of, be an obsession.

  5. From my point of view keeping fit is good but nowadays people are obsessed. In this society, if you are fat you are ugly, therefore people don´t want talk with you.

    On the whole people keeping fit to be healthy, that's why everybody do sport. But if we guess what one person don't sport will be fat, but if i tell you what this person have a illness, because he/she doesn't eat. This illness is called anoresia. Anoresia is the best way to confirm that nowadays keeping fit is an obsession.

    To sum up, keeping fit is an obsession, much that can spawn illness.

  6. nowdays a lot of people are obsess with keeping fit and this can be very dangerous for them and the society

    Many boys are all the time at the gym and having a lot of esteroids. This can cause many problems to their health. Many girls want a perfec body and they dont eat anything to have it. For being healthy you have to do sport like jogging or running and you have to eat a healthy diet. Doing this can help you to have a fitter body and being healthier

    In conclusion, being fit don´t have to be an obligation it has to be an option, you dont have to be fit for being happy

  7. Today, one of the most important things in people, especially in girls, is the physical appearance. In the past, girls didn´t take attention in the physical. However, this is changing with the world of fashion.Models are always Slim and sometimes they even are sick, with ilnesses as bulimia, anorexia etc…,
    The people can desagree with their body and they can do exercise to get fit and do a diet. Because there is a prototype in the society of a thin girl, as a model, and many girls of all the ages want tobe like models.
    Ithink if yoou eat ell and do exercise, you are healthy. My point of view is the physical doesn´t matter because th important thing is to be healthy, but we don´t value this, we only value the exterior of the body but I think that if we are healthy, we eat good and we are happy the exterior doesn´t matter.

  8. Nowadays, most people are much stays fit and looks much your body.
    But come to an already very high level and to become a obsession, being that to care a bit avoiding not eat much and going a little to the gym, people have come to not eat almost anything, go every day to gym and even take protein and shakes to increase the volume of your body. People are obsessed because maybe is not enough handsome and looks a little overweight and does everything possible, even abusing some things, for fix it. If they eat very little, I was sick and can cause disease like anorexia, anemia, diabulimia, vigorexia and many more.
    In my opinion, I think people if you take care of your body, but without making nonsense and reach such extreme limits that can cause us serious things.

  9. Nowdays people are obsessed with keep fit and lose weight. This can cause serious illness, must be treated as soon as they affect health

    There are different diseases, the most important are: Bulimia, in this case, people eat more food in short time, and then vomit food. Anorexia, the people can see fat, for lose weight they are stop eat. This two diseaes are usually in woman, but also can be in men. Also are vigorexia, are obsessed with the musculature and volume, take extereotips, and do exercise to increase muscle volume. This disease are usually in men. These diseases are very dangerous to health, and should be treated quickly.

    In my opinion you have to stay fit and healthy, but without obsessing can be dangerous

  10. I think that in this moment, all the world have a problem because they try to have the perfect body in order that the people see a perfect body.
    In this moment there are a lot of related diseases with the physical. The anorexia is a disease where you see fat although you aren´t and you provoke your vomit whit the order that feel good.
    Now if you have a gym you have a very good work because with the obsession to have a good physical the gyms has a lot of customers that they pay for go to the gym to do exercise. I practice a lot of sport and I think that you are better if you go to run to forest or you do sports the outdoors that if you are in the room with a lot of people.

  11. Nowadays keeping fit is an obsession

    I agree that keeping fit is a lifestyle, for many reasons. There are a lot of gyms low cost, some famous have a perfect bodies and everybody think that keeping fit is very healthy.

    By the way, a lot of people think that have a healthy body it means to stop eating, but it´s very dangerous. This situation can produce negative consequences in your live. If you want have a perfect and healthy body, you have to do exercise, take a healthy diet and sleep, although these habits, they aren´t the only ones. You need have a healthy mind and without stress too. However, it´s very important have a professional personal trainer. You can get a perfect body doing sport four times a week, have a healthy diet and have good habits.

    In conclusion, if you want have a perfect and healthy body, do it. But you don´t obsess with it and be careful!

  12. Keeping Fit has been a very popular topic recently, people come to gyms, they go out to run or simply, they exercise. All exercise is good for our body and it is good for your physical health as well as for your mental health. But, what happen when exercise becomes an obsession?


    Now a day we have lots of advertisements, on TV and on the internet, newspapers, radio, etc. There are ads all the time talking about the exercise and about staying in shape, but we also see adverts and programs where we are told that to be happy we must be thin or muscular, in short, they put us a cannons that tell us that we are going to have success, and It makes us to be obsessed with the physical. Also it may cause nutritional and psychological disorders, like bulimia, anorexia and so others. 90% of those who suffer from these disorders are teenagers and many of them are obsessed with his physical.


    To sum up, exercise it is very good for our bodies but we cannot think that the physical is all that a person has, also we cannot become obsessed with the physical, each person is as it is and has to feel good about itself.

  13. KEEPING FIT IS AN OBSESSION NOWADAYS

    It seems to me that is true because more and more people improve their lifestyle and I agree with keeping fit.

    Nowadays, a lot of people go to the gym, they do sport and they eat healthy. They want get in shape and fell better. You can work out of several ways: in the gym, with a personal trainer, do sport (play tennis, football, basketball, swim, cycle, run...) but you should do stretching at the end! Exercise is one of the best things in life because you forget worries, you entertain , you meet new people, you lose weight and you get resistance. In addition, if you eat a balance diet, your lifestyle would be perfect.

    In short, is normal that get fit is an obsession because everything are advantages. However, you have to be carefull with the sports, sometimes they can be dangerous.
